NANCI CLARENCE APPOINTED CHAIR OF ACTL FEDERAL CRIMINAL PROCEDURE COMMITTEE

April 2012

This month Nanci Clarence was appointed Chair of the American College of Trial Lawyers Federal Criminal Procedure Committee. The purpose of the committee is to harness the influential voice of the College to advocate for modifications and improvements to the rules governing federal criminal procedure. Ms. Clarence accepted the chair position after completing a four-year stint as the Chair of the College’s Northern California State Committee.
