Josh Cohen has been appointed to a national task force on federal indigent defense. The task force, sponsored by the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in Washington, D.C., is charged with assessing the effects of recent budget cuts on the federal indigent defense delivery system and examining the vitality of the system on the 50th anniversary of the Criminal Justice Act. Mr. Cohen attended an initial task force meeting in Washington on November 25, 2013.
